Dehydrated Green Pepper
A perfect substitute for green pepper in brine, it is
much more convenient and easier for transportation and storing as it doesn't
involve any Brine Solution. Another advantage of dehydrated green pepper is
that it contains both pepper and salt in the same proportions and at the
same time maintains the natural green colour. Although used mainly for
decorative purposes, it is in itself a popular pickle or may be mixed with
other spices/vegetables to enhance the taste.
